Who doesn't want a flat belly , right ! a flat belly makes you proud to be naked , to wear a bikini at the beach and so and so . But sometimes it seems like it does take hours and hours of training and exercices without seeing results . 

So is there something wrong with exercices ? actually no , but something a lot of people forget is food .
"What you eat is the key . If your stomach looks flabby or bloated , that's usually a sign of bad nutrition " says DiAngelo , a trainer and fitness author . So if you're training over and over but you don't see results as you want them , you should check your food habits . 
Remember , one of the keys to flattening your belly is to eat foods high in protein , fiber and low in sugar ( sugar is your enemy )

Water  :if your diet doesn't contain water , believe me you're 
wasting your time to reach a flat belly .

What's stress ? 

STRESS , 6 letters but a huge pressure ,stress is generally used when the person have those feelings that everything else in the world becomes too much , everything becomes a challenge . When you feel overloaded probably after work or whatever and you feel that everything is a burden , that's what stress is . 

What causes stress ?

As human beings , we must work , move and  be active but when it happens to have stress , that all disappears . Stress reduces the efficacity , creativity and all the capacities to work on group .

-Do some running : running can also remove all the bad energy from your body , so whenever you feel stressed or you aren't in the mood , just go outside and run .

what are Fad diets and why they're bad



Fad diets , what are they ?


Fad diets are any kind of diet that's not based on scientific information or proved by any scientific source , they're based on popularity , fad diets are a way of eating that can only be tolerated for a short periods , they're generally restrictive eating plans that offer magical claims and false promises .

Fad diets are plans for improved health in very little time or with little effort , sounds too amazing to be true , right ? Usually it is , most of fad diets are not based on science or have any kind of relation with any scientific source , and that can be dangerous . 


Why fad diets are bad ? 

1 -  Most of fad diets are often boring and very restrictive and after a very short time you won't be enjoying the meals anymore you will  then you start to change your meals and break the diet rules which may makes you think that it's your fault for not losing weight , and it's not for sure . 


2 -  Many fad diets eliminate some necessary food that your body actually needs , and that doesn't make you live a healthy diet and you'll destroy your body instead . 


3 - Most fad diets do not follow recommendations of the American Heart Association and  similar bodies for fat levels in the diet. Often the diet will recommend high fat foods and low carbs which if taken long term ,could result in heart disease .The promoters may tell
 you that the diet is only intended to be followed for a short time . But you probably will not reach your goal weight in that time and then what ? You either continue with a plan that is not good for your health or stop and probably gain back what you lost .

and peanuts . About 28 peanuts provides almost 165 calories , candy bars provide around 260 calories and a potato chips provides around  150 calories . Which make it clear that we must avoid those snack food and candies .

 fried food are common in a lot of resturants and snacks and everywhere else where people can order food . Fried foods contains a big amount of oils which make them an obesity cause either . Fried chicken for example provides 463 calories per 100g and that's a big number , 
onion rings provides 407 calories per 100g . 


Fast food  
fast food have been linked to obesity in a lot of studies . 
A double hamburger provides around 358 calories while an american beef sandwich provides around 1158 calories . those are big numbers and when it comes to fast food almost everybody agrees that it makes you gain weight , so you must avoid it as much as you can .
